"Totally Green," a company in Broken Arrow, is bringing the next generation of waste disposal to large-scale kitchens. Tulsa's Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is the first major kitchen in the state to install one of the new machines that puts composting on the "fast track," and lowers the amount of food waste going into landfills.
