A University of Tulsa professor plans to challenge two state questions in court. Jim Thomas believes State Questions 751 and 746 are unconstitutional. The two questions were just approved by voters on Nov 2nd. One question makes English the state's official language, and the other question requires voters to show proof of identity before voting.
