One item on many lawmakers' minds is the crumbling capitol, but Bob Sands uncovers a swath of ignored infrastructure problems across the state. Then, the nation and the state struggle to support a growing elderly population. And for years, the ethnic makeup of Oklahoma's prison system has went unchanged, and remains skewed towards minorities. And it all began with Governor Fallin's third State of the State address.
