One item on many lawmakers' minds is the crumbling capitol, but Bob Sands uncovers a swath of ignored infrastructure problems across the state. Then, the nation and the state struggle to support a growing elderly population. And for years, the ethnic makeup of Oklahoma's prison system has went unchanged, and remains skewed towards minorities.
