In 2007, ONR host Dick Pryor spoke with World War II veteran Harry Furr about his experiences as a glider pilot, and his first day on the job--in Normandy on D-Day. Furr passed away on Wednesday, May 23rd. He may be gone, but his service and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
