Oklahoma is often divided on it's team colors--either sporting Oklahoma State University's trademark orange and black, or the University of Oklahoma's crimson and cream. But the Oklahoma City Thunder has everyone seeing blue. The team seems to have united the state that so proudly boasts its bedlam heritage. Now as the Thunder work their way through the NBA Finals, it truly seems like everyone in Oklahoma is 'thunderstruck.'

Honor Flights

The Honor Flights program was started to take World War II veterans to the nation's capitol, so they might see the monuments built out of respect and gratitude for their generations' sacrifice. But with more and more veterans passing away due to their advanced age--an estimated thousand a day--the program is upping the number of trips to three a year. Reporter Lis Exon and photographer Ilea Shutler joined the June 6th Honor Flight--the 68th anniversary of D-Day.
