A year from now, America will be just days away from going to the polls to elect a president. In Oklahoma, among the candidates vying for public office there will be more state questions. One issue that will be on that ballot, state question 759, is already motivating people to get organized against it. In 2008 the issue of ending affirmative action was the subject of a petition drive that did not get on the ballot because of problems with the signatures that were gathered. But earlier this year, the state legislature brought the issue back to life in the form of Senate Joint Resolution 15 which is now State Question 759.
