In this ONR, we look at Oklahoma's ongoing water wars. While the Supreme Court has handed down a ruling on the case between Oklahoma and Texas, more arguments over water are brewing, and these pit Oklahoman against Oklahoman. Water has been a huge boon to the state's wheat crop, which has experienced a huge turnaround from its previously dreary expectations due to recent rains. Oklahoma is home to more than 30 recognized tribes, and each has it's own way to determine who is or is not a member. ONR's Lis Exon explains. Plus, immigration bills and healthcare access, 50 years of the Equal Pay Act, a look at Tulsa's revived downtown and more on this ONR.

In this ONR, the Comanche tribe and the military are locked in a modern day battle over rights and access to a tribal burial ground. While the military works to sort out that legal battle, new ones could soon be brewing for the federal government over the revealed NSA spying program, as law professor Joseph Thai explains. Meanwhile, protesters rally across the state to slow construction on legs of the Keystone XL Pipeline. All that, plus the rescue of animals caught in Oklahoma's recent tornadoes, the state's decisive victory in a legal battle over water, the wonderful world of paintball, and more on this ONR.
