Statewide, Oklahoma continues to struggle with not just alcohol and meth addiction, but also a rise prescription drug abuse. Our state ranks among the nation's highest abusers of prescription medications. Access to addiction treatment is limited however, after years of budget cuts to state treatment programs. We spoke with Logan Layden of State Impact Oklahoma, about the cuts to these services.
