In the 80's, Oklahoma's prison population showed a disparity in racial representation with the number of minorities in state jails disproportionately high and the number of whites fairly low. A recent check of the local prison system showed the numbers haven't changed much. ONR's Cathy Tatom went searching to find out why.

Tobacco Settlement
