Mission: Failure Indictments

June 6th saw the beginning of Bradley Manning's court martial. The Crescent, Oklahoma native was arrested for releasing information to the website WikiLeaks in 2010. Manning pleaded guilty to some of his charges, but several still stand against him, including aiding the enemy. To explain the remaining charges and the court martial proceedings, we spoke with military law professor Robert Gifford.
