AFest3D It's that time of year again -- AugustFest -- A time when we invite our viewers to show their support of public television in Oklahoma. The funds raised will enable OETA to purchase educational PBS and syndicated programming for 2010. It's true when we say that it's viewers like you who make the programs on public television possible.

For an overview of AugustFest programming, click here. You'll find out more about the individual programs, a highlight reel, plus a complete list of what can be seen on our OETA OKLA channel.

I'm going to use this blog to inform you about the programs that are being preempted or moved during AugustFest and how you can be sure not to miss any of your favorites. Pledge programming begins tonight, Thursday, July 30th. Here are the programs that usually air on Thursday nights and when you can see them again...

THIS OLD HOUSE HOUR "Brooklyn Project, Part 2" -- This episode originally aired back in February. If you'd like to see it again, set your DVR/VCR for Friday morning at 5am and Saturday morning at 4am.

GLOBE TREKKER -- You aren't missing any episodes of this series. It will resume after AugustFest on Thursday, August 13 at 9pm with the "California" episode.

SOUNDSTAGE "Josh Groban: An Evening in New York" -- This is a new episode that we're showing on OETA OKLA next Thursday, August 6 at 7pm. You can also catch it tonight at 1am on the main OETA channel or Saturday morning at 2am.

LAST OF THE SUMMER WINE and WAITING FOR GOD -- All of the britcoms will pick up where they left off after AugustFest. Tune in at the usual time on August 10 for the latest from all of your favorite characters.
