Holiday Programming on OETA

Written by Holly on Friday December 3, 2010

christmas_comment_04I absolutely LOVE Christmas! Everything is so colorful and merry this time of year. I love the decorations and food and music (I'm listening to Christmas music right now while I type this) and movies and sweaters and store displays and, of course, TELEVISION!

According to the feedback we've received over the years, our viewers really enjoy all of the holiday programming shown on OETA. I'm so glad! I had the pleasure of starting the December schedule way back in mid-September and I've loved every minute of it.

Below is a list of OETA's holiday-themed programs scheduled to air this year. It should help you plan most of your TV viewing for the rest of the season. I'm a little late in putting this together, so I didn't include the Hannukah programs from earlier in the week. I'm sorry about that! Also, the British comedies and New Year's programs aren't in this list. Details about those will be posted later.

The programs in bold are new to OETA this year. The programs in blue are children's shows. And the programs in green are documentaries or other non-performance programs. Everything else has singing, dancing and other forms of merriment.
