Pipeline Blog

Hello. My name is Holly. I'm part of a team of people who assemble the programming schedule for OETA.
We look at the PBS national schedule, local programs and programs from other stations and distributors. We take in all that information and combine it with Member ballot feedback and viewer suggestions, and at the end of the month, I put together a schedule for each of our four channels.
The following are some notes about upcoming programs, preemptions and other points of interest that viewers might not hear otherwise. I hope you'll find it useful!
AugustFest -- Tuesday, August 4
Written by Holly on Tuesday August 4, 2009
Since most PBS stations across the country are holding a pledge drive this week, PBS isn't feeding any new episodes of the Tuesday night programs. NOVA, FRONTLINE, and P.O.V. will return to their regular time periods next week.
In the meantime, we hope you'll tune in and enjoy THE BIG BAND YEARS, DOLLY PARTON LIVE IN LONDON and YANNI VOICES tonight.
You can see a repeat episode of NOVA "Underwater Dream Machine" at 1am tonight, 5am Wednesday morning and 4am Thursday morning.
AugustFest -- Monday, August 3

You're not missing any new episodes of ANTIQUES ROADSHOW. The new season doesn't begin until later this year. In the meantime, if you love watching the repeat episodes (like me!), tune in at the following times to see a repeat of the Houston, TX episode...

Britcoms will pick up where they left off on Monday, August 10th.
