Quin Tran

Join host Quin Tran for The People's Business every Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in April and May. For sixty minutes each week, Oklahomans across the state get to ask legislators and other state leaders questions about the issues that affect them. The live, one-hour call-in program allows Oklahomans to stay informed about legislation and actions that pertain to the people's business.

Quin Tran has more than 15 years media experience. Her television news career includes reporting and anchoring roles in Waco, Texas and Oklahoma City. She spent more than a decade at KFOR-TV as a reporter and anchor. During that time, she reported on the Oklahoma City bombing, the McVeigh and Nichols trials, May 3rd tornadoes, and other stories that affected Oklahomans. Tran has earned several awards and honors, including the Asian American Journalists' Top National Award for Reporting, an Emmy Nomination, Telly Awards, and the Radio Television News Directors Foundation Award/Scholarship. Tran is a proud alumna of the University of Central Oklahoma where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Political Science.
