A new swarm of earthquakes has officials eyeing new drilling operations as the possible cause of the quakes. Electronic cigarettes--or e-cigarettes--are gaining popularity as a smokeless alternative to cigarettes or as a way to kick the habit, but lack of FDA oversight has some concerned that this new kind of smoking may not be safe. And a niche media outlet is growing in popularity as they focus in on one particular demographics wants and needs--that of the Hispanic community.
