During 2008, OETA continued to expand, providing top quality educational and unmatched local programming, ensuring Oklahomans across the state were prepared to make the DTV conversion and reaching deeper into Oklahoma communities with community engagement initiatives that broaden the impact of statewide public media.

Throughout 2007, OETA extended its reach beyond the television screen and into Oklahoma communities, adding diverse outreach initiatives to complement programming and local produc­tions. Highlights include Centennial productions, WWII story collection and literacy initiatives.
